The Lake Effect - 5"

I placed an order on November 21st for a pair of (Chicago Flag swim trunks) with an “ships within 2 days” marketing they have. Unfortunately, for my order that was not the case. The order arrived, 12-9-25, that is almost three weeks later than expected. This delay caused significant inconvenience, as these shorts were for a vacation (Which had not arrived before I departed for my trip) When I contacted customer service about the delay and the inconvenience it caused, I was told via email by Laura (The Owner) “This should have shipped already, I will looking into it and will get back to you” 24hrs later, I hear nothing, so I email 2 more times before getting a "I am sorry, I have spoken to the warehouse so this does not happen again" I felt like I was a bother with the short responses. As a 1st time customer, I received no offer of compensation, discount/discount on future orders, or any alternative resolution. Even knowing they were way behind on shipping, they did not even bother to ship overnight to make up for the lost time, they instead still used USPS, which took another week to deliver. The lack of proactive customer service and accountability for the significant delay was very disappointing. The overall purchase experience was highly negative. I would caution others to be aware of potentially long shipping delays and poor support if issues arise. I was planning on ordering more for Christmas gifts, because there were other items I did want to purchase, but there is no way I will be ordering from this company ever again. For now it is a 1 star service for the customer service, however I will update this review with the quality of the shorts, once I return from my trip, seeing they have now been delivered.

Lined and with pockets. Well made and cool design. Recommended.

On the shorts what is the cursive letter i stand for on the left leg.

Better than I thought

Lots of room to be active; durable… great material! I have 3 pair (white, black, blue)… I highly recommend
